VMG Impact: Building the HRSA Cancer Screening Technical Assistance Portal
How M3 built a dedicated national support portal for a federally funded technical assistance program serving HRSA health centers.

The Challenge
Veritas Management Group holds a federal contract to deliver Cancer Screening Technical Assistance to HRSA-supported health centers nationwide, from rural communities to urban clinics. A program funded and scoped this specifically could not simply live as a page on the main VMG website. It needed its own identity, its own request pathway, and enough structure to hold webinars, communities of practice, on-site technical assistance, and a resource library, while staying clearly tied to VMG’s brand and credibility.
What M3 Built
My Mogul Media built a standalone technical assistance portal at portal.veritasmanagementgroup.com, purpose-built around how health centers actually request and receive support.
- A dedicated portal separate from the main VMG site, carrying VMG’s brand and its official HRSA contract number for full transparency with funders and health centers.
- A structured Request Technical Assistance pathway so health center staff can submit a request for tailored support in one clear step.
- An events and resources infrastructure covering webinars, Communities of Practice, and on-site technical assistance offerings.
- A resource library and newsletter signup so health centers can stay connected to quality improvement tools between direct engagements.
- Compliance-aware structure, including published Terms of Use, appropriate for a federally funded public health program.
The Outcome
Health centers across the country now have one clear front door for cancer screening technical assistance: a place to understand what support is available, request it directly, and stay connected through events and resources. The portal gives a federally funded initiative the dedicated, credible digital home its scope requires, connected to VMG’s broader brand instead of buried inside it.
Why This Matters
Government-funded technical assistance programs answer to funders, partners, and the communities they serve at the same time. The digital front door has to hold that scrutiny: clear contract attribution, a straightforward way to request help, and infrastructure that can carry ongoing programming like webinars and communities of practice. This is the same VMG relationship behind the national digital ecosystem M3 built for the parent brand, extended into a program with its own federal scope and its own audience.
