The Savannah chapter of The Sophisticates, Inc. hosts important community events, but their registration process was entirely manual. This created hours of administrative work for their volunteer leaders, from tracking payments in spreadsheets to manually sending updates. This inefficiency was a drain on their time and energy, pulling focus away from their core mission of community service.

Building an Engine for Effortless Event Management

We partnered with the chapter to build a simple yet powerful system to solve their biggest headache. We developed a clean, easy-to-use event registration page with integrated payment processing. We then set up automated email updates and a backend data management system that gave them a clear, real-time view of attendees. This empathetic system was designed to give time back to the volunteers.
