NOLABA launched the Resilient Corridors Initiative to support local businesses in key New Orleans neighborhoods by providing technical assistance, marketing strategy, and digital transformation services. Many small businesses in the program faced critical challenges, including:

- Limited digital marketing strategies, leading to reduced visibility and revenue opportunities.
