RICE’s Marketing Department faced significant challenges in managing internal marketing requests. With multiple departments (Programming, Development, Operations, and Stakeholder Engagement) needing marketing support, requests were being submitted through various disconnected channels—emails, Slack messages, verbal requests, and spreadsheets. This lack of structure led to:

  • Missed deadlines due to inconsistent request tracking.

Solution

My Mogul Media developed a Centralized Marketing Request Portal, fully integrated into Monday.com, to streamline how RICE staff submits, manages, and tracks marketing requests.

Development of a Multi-Request Form System

  • Created a dynamic, user-friendly marketing request form on russellcenter.org.
  • Built multiple request categories to capture different types of marketing needs, including:
